Noxychu is a freelance artist for hire that focuses mainly on World of Warcraft fanart. She currently creates artwork for the editorial fansite Blizzard Watch, and in the past worked for Wowhead/ZAM Network, creating logos and guide/article illustrations. She also dabbles in furry/anthro artwork, participating in a local Dallas convention every February.
Noxy is mostly known for her BlizzCon badge art - these are small sturdy art cards, worn on clips and lanyards, that serve as a 'real life forum avatar', for people you may not yet have met in person to recognise you at conventions.

Hi there! My name is Sarah, but everyone calls me Noxy. I am a freelance illustrator, in that I sit at home with my pets and draw lots of video game fanart and stuff. My work is mostly made up of parody/fan illustrators of characters from various Blizzard games... mainly World of Warcraft. I’m also whats known in the furry community as “furry lite” in that I attend the conventions, love the people, and enjoy drawing anthropomorphic artwork.
I have created this Patreon to better support myself with the work that I do. I love to draw for the Warcraft community, and I love all my clients. But, sometimes, we all need a little extra to get by.
(This page is still under construction, I’m in the process of making neato images for pledge levels, thank you responses, and something new for the header.)
I am providing some small but exclusive perks for minimal monthly pledges. I don't want to ask for much from people, and my rewards are not gigantic, but if they were, I would likely work myself into a puddle of goo. Noxygoo, if you will.
Each month, I will create a cute little chibi wallpaper of some of our beloved Warcraft NPCs. One month might be a badass little Thrall wielding his Shamanistic powers of awesome, then the next, maybe a cute Mylune surrounded by her fuzzy little critter friends. Those that pledge $3 or more can pick which one I draw, with poll postings on the Activity wall with which ones you can choose from for each month. The following month, the finished artwork will be posted in various desktop resolutions for all Patrons above $1.
Also, I am offering a lottery of sorts, for those that pledge $5 or more.. Each month I will put all those who pledge this tier into a randomiser, and will announce the winner on here and on twitter. That person will get a waist up custom portrait of their character! (this artwork can be ported into a badge frame for conventions)
As well as all of the rewards mentioned above, for all my Noxy-Patrons that order Blizzcon/other convention Badges, I will be adding a small metallic emblem or icon onto the Badge frame to represent their support! Also, in the future I hope to make Badge frames solely for use of my Patrons. Shiny!
This Patreon thing is brand new to me, I haven't done anything like it in the past. I would like to keep adding incentives and things to this page as and when I think of them, if you have any suggestions, please feel free to let me know on here or on twitter!
I do know that I would love to do something with my Twitch stream, maybe a Patron-Stream-Day, where you guys get to tell me what to draw live, and I'll just doodle whatever you ask, sillier the better! Once I figure out how, I will arrange dates for these. :D
