Off the Mapp is a food, travel and beverage blog created by me, journalist Lauren J. Mapp.

Created in 2008 while I was in culinary school, it has grown from a platform for me to sporadically post pictures of the dishes I created in school to a multifaceted blog where I document my wanderlust-fueled adventures around the world, share recipes to dishes and craft cocktails I've created, and gush about my favorite subjects: food and travel.

For years, this has been a fun, passion project and a way for me to write creatively and share an important aspect of my life. Now that I've graduated with my bachelor's degree in journalism, I plan to expand the blog by posting every Thursday and eventually having guest bloggers write pieces for the blog.

Thank you for your support, and let me know if there is ever a cocktail or food you're hoping I'll create a recipe for, or if you're looking for travel tips to some of the places I've visited!
Goals
$0 of $200 per month
When I reach $200 per month, I'll start posting one self-produced video each month on my blog and YouTube channel.
