Hi, Im Michael, I have square eyes and binary for blood, I love taking pictures and editing them, not beyond credability (usually) but just enough to bring out the beauty in the photograph, to set a mood.
I live within spitting distance of one of the most of beautifull parts of the world, the Lake District, Cumbria. Inspiration and home to artistic greats such as Beatrix Potter and William Wordsworth. With your help I will be taking more photographs than ever and compiling the best shots into a monthly album, bringing you the shots that you want to see before they are published anywhere else.
But its not just the countryside that inspires me, I see the beauty in life every day and I want to show you the world how I see it.
Most of my photography sessions are conducted in the dead of night. This gives my photo's an atmospheric feeling.
As a basic patron you will see my photo's before anyone else does, I will send you an email when the months album is done and keep you up to date with anything else that's going on regarding photography.
I want to involve you in the creative process. When im making an album I might ask for your opinions on things like which photo's to include in an album, which photo looks the best out of a set, ask for your ideas on how/where to spend a photoshoot, basically getting your input and producing the images you want to see.
For $5 patrons I will also give you access to all of the great photo's I have taken in the production of the latest album, pictures that were fantastic but werent published with the most recent. All of these beautiful images will be released with a general open style licence that means that yu, as my patron, can use the images however you wish, including copying them and sharing them, up to altering and reproducing/re-releasing the images, up to but not including for commercial gain, in which case I retain rights and you need my permission. Anything other than this is up to you, use them as backgrounds, wallpapers, memes etc, whatever. Your my patron, enjoy the photo's.
I will do literally anything to get a great photo, stay out through a harsh winter night, climb a mountain twice to get the right angle on a view, race the tide back to the shore to narrowly avoid drowning for a photo, anything it takes. So stick around if you want to see the shots I live my life for.
