Hello!
I've been making audio plug-ins since 2003. I started developing plug-ins with graphical programming environments such as Synthedit, but eventually decided i had to roll up my sleeves and learn C++ in order to develop more professional cross-platform products. I struggled at first but when I found the iPlug plug-in framework (originally by Cockos, makers of Reaper) I finally managed to get somewhere. I've been maintaining a fork of iPlug for many years and I strive to make it as easy as possible for beginners to use, whilst being robust and capable of producing professional quality products.
The latest incarnation of the framework (iPlug2) is a substantial rewrite by myself and Alex Harker. The library is still available to use for free in closed source projects and provides a very easy way to get into making audio plug-ins, since the implementation of a plug-in is very simple.
Please consider becoming a patron to support further development, and if you would like to be more directly involved, we are always looking for help, either with the code or documentation.

Goals
34 of 50 patrons
I'm currently undertaking a massive rework of IPlug in order to update it for 2019 and onwards. I would like to reach 50 patrons, to help motivate me to finally release a production ready version that can be used by others.
