Living in fast-paced cities, living mindfully and integrating your retreat experiences can be such a challenge. Not any more! COVID-19 has given us all an 'at home retreat'!

Now is the time to live how you want to feel.

This is an opportunity to integrate your retreat experience into your daily life.

We offer this retreat with the option to select how much you want to pay. No matter how much you pay, you receive the same course as everybody else. We simply trust that people are honest and will support us with whatever you can afford.

Weekly Workshops Chosen By You

  • Each week a poll is offered for the community to select the topic. Select from movement, mindset or energy/spiritual themes.
  • The community agree on a weekly activity in the workshop and share together in the forum.

Weekly Circles and Chats 

  • One of the most important aspects of retreats is the down-time, meal sharing and the sense of community.
  • The weekly circle is to welcome new retreaters, to generally catch up and to share a meal or a cuppa virtually together.
  • A weekly recipe is provided for everyone to try and cook. We know that there isn't the pleasure of a chef in this online retreat, so we’ll have to inspire each other to be our own chefs! Prepare the weekly recipe to eat during the Meal Chat or at a time that suits you. Everyone shares how they found the recipe.

Live Online Classes and Recordings

Your commitment to attending the live video activities brings the wonderful retreat benefits of connection. But don't worry if the class times don't work for you — we record each class for you to do in your own time. Additional recordings include a new Yoga Nidra twice a month.

Yoga or movement classes will include a meditation at the end.
