The Trauma Recovery Podcast is for EVERYONE who has been injured by trauma. But...this Podcast is tailored specifically towards Veterans, Active Serving Military, First Responders, and their families. 

Regardless of HOW you were injured, the effect that Trauma Injury has on a persons life is similar.  It sucks!  Trauma injury can cause unemployment, homelessness, and suicide.  More often, it is the root of divorce, depression, and anger issues.  

Peer Support, when done correctly, has been clinically proven to greatly help people recover from their Trauma injuries.  Done poorly, peer support can also cause harm.  This Podcast provides quality peer support, as well as teaches how to safely provide skilled peer-support.
