What is OTW2Wellness?
My name is Katrina, and I am passionate about health and wellness.
Between 2014-2016 I was working and going to grad school full time, all while dealing with Graves’ disease that I was diagnosed with a year before. This time was madness for me, but when I got out of this hole I came out of it looking at health in such a different way. I used to think that exercise, a good diet, and medication were sufficient for being in “good health.” I learned that health is holistic. It’s a state of well-being in all aspects of life.
I started On the Way to Wellness (OTW2Wellness), a health and mindfulness blog, with the intention of being a one-stop shop to help anyone along his or her unique path to wellness--whatever that looks like. It could mean releasing stress, dealing with pain, feeling happier, or being fit.

Through Patreon, your monthly recurring donations ($1 or more) will help expand the OTW2Wellness brand. For my initial goal of $100/month, your donations will go to the following:

My vision is expand the OTW2Wellness brand to other ventures, such as hosting full on wellness fairs and events.
