This is a space for you to take that journey towards becoming a whole & healthy individual who nurtures their own mind & body.

This is a space for us to feel that we belong and are accepted for who we are. A diverse and open-minded community, helping one another and working together.

This is a space where we fight for a sustainable planet that is habitable for all beings.

This is a space to think objectively, act consciously and live purposefully.

Every month, we will work on a theme (ex. self-care, non-attachment, minimalism, etc.). It will be supported by yoga & meditation videos, live chats, newsletters and worksheets.

Every once in a while, we will have book reading sessions. You will also receive educational infographics and inspirational illustrations that will serve to motivate you as you stay on track with your practice.

As a part of Our Mindful Space, you become a Mindful Warrior---calm mind, strong body. Your individual mission is to diligently nurture your mind & body practice, empower fellow practitioners and promote environmental sustainability.

As a Mindful Warrior, you are called to (1) hone a mind-body practice, (2) empower fellow Warriors, and (3) fight for environmental sustainability & human rights.
