Producing a podcast is one of the great joys of my life. Talking about movies with friends, sharing obscure and interesting facts about movies and letting people know about movies they don't know about but may like is something I've been doing on Paleo-Cinema Podcast since 2007 and in Martian Drive In Podcast since 2012.

The Onion AV Club reviewed Paleo-Cinema Podcast in 2012  calling it "an artfully done version of the loneliest of podcast formats. "

But publishing a podcast costs money. My intention with the Patreon campaign is to cover the costs of production and with any extra funds purchase a portable audio recorder and possibly to fund a dedicated skype phone number to enable listeners to leave voicemails for the podcasts.
