Greetings and salutations, ladies and gentlemen. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Yiannis Panakos and I'm an independent game developer. I need your valuable help to evolve two great ideas into majestic games. The first one is a multiplayer post-apocalyptic zombie survival game, focusing on survival. The second is a collectible card game, based on the seven deadly sins. Both ideas are already projects in development as I have been working on them for years. Assist me in this journey with your thoughts and ideas. Together we will complete them.

To further stimulate your interest, I am offering you a free game. Take it as a symbolic gift of acquaintance. Check out the quality of my work. Become my patrons only if you think that I deserve it. I developed this game in three years. It still has flaws, like all games, but it helped me a lot. It was my sandbox. It's full of experimental features because I tested crazy ideas. I learned new technologies. I improved my skills. I faced myself.

Below, I will give you more information about projects currently in development as well as the free game. On the right, you will see the rewards. I don't have much to offer now, but rewards are evolvable. I will unlock new tiers or improve existing ones when there is something new to offer. On the left, you will see the goals. Project “Alpha”: A multiplayer post-apocalyptic zombie survival game, focusing on survival. It uses a unique system to convert complexity to simplicity, in realistic analogies. Also, the game follows a simple rule: character's knowledge over player's knowledge. The characters will only be able to do things they know, no matter what the players know. For example, most people know that a red mushroom is poisonous. A character without this knowledge sees an edible mushroom.

In this game, there aren't unnecessary skills and statistics. While low levels allow the usage, higher unlocks the expertise. For example, the medical skill on the first level treats light injuries. The same skill on the last level nurses life-threatening wounds. Increasing a skill or statistic by one point increases the odds of survival. Alliances in the game will be vital when almost everything wants to kill the players. Allies will help players to fortify safe houses or exchange valuable supplies. In short, in a hostile world, players will be able to do everything for their survival. Will they help others to survive? Will they only care for themselves? The choice will be theirs.

Currently, on 1st revision, it needs more work; even though a lot of content has been completed. Storyline, NPCs, lore are barebones and game's mechanics lacks most of its elements. A rough estimation suggests that I will release a version within the next year.

Project “Beta”: A collectible card game, based on the seven deadly sins. Players may choose cards from the dark or the light side. The dark side has cards inspired by the seven deadly sins. In contrast, the light side has cards inspired by the seven heavenly virtues. Each side has two decks, one for troops and one for items. Each player deploys cards to attack the opponent's cards and protect their own. The first player to defeat the opponent's commander is the winner.

Currently, on its 7th revision, it shows promising signs. A rough estimation suggests that I will release a version within this year.

Hidden Words is a word puzzle game. On public release version 1.0.0.7, it has the following features:
  • 101 levels to play, organized in groups of 7 + 1 unlockable level packs.
  • Two game modes to choose: Normal & Babel, a unique polyglotism mode.
  • Two languages for the interface and puzzles (English & Greek).
  • Use an assistant to aid you in the game. Choose from a total of 5 unlockables.
  • Use an item to assist you in the game. Choose from a total of 4 unlockables.
  • Use rewards to help you in the game. Choose from a total of 16, in groups of 4.
  • 3340 words’ (1670 English & 1670 Greek) database to create the game's puzzles.
  • Improve your player profile with experience points by solving puzzles. Rank up to level 20.
  • Customize your player profile's picture. Choose from a total of 14 pictures (7 males and 7 females).
  • Improve your assistants' abilities with experience points by solving puzzles. Upgrade them up to level 5.
  • Improve your items' abilities with utilization points by solving puzzles. Upgrade them up to level 3.
  • Build up your best high score. Solve word puzzles with penalties, bonuses and winning strikes for better scores.
  • Assistant speech (experimental feature). It provides help on every element during the game's puzzle solving.
  • Dynamic word puzzle generator, using words crossing and letter reusing abilities. It generates puzzles scaling from 2x1 to 10x10.
  • Dynamic interface graphics creator (experimental feature). It creates and adjusts elements based on the screen's resolution.
  • Dynamic music player (experimental feature). It composes new music by selecting parts from the game's library.
  • Dynamic video player (experimental feature). It creates new animations by choosing parts from the game's library.
  • Game puzzle customization to generate your own quiz (gold and silver editions only).
  • Multiplayer game (experimental feature) to play versus your friends (gold edition only).
  • With a standalone executable, you are never troubled with an installation. Extract it and play!
  • Tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10, on both platforms (x86 & x64).
Note: Experimental features are being tested for performance and stability issues. If they pass the testing phase, it is then possible to see them again in future games. Otherwise, I will reject them or try something else.
