In all seriousness, it absolutely reeks that we're stuck with a crappy First Past the Post system when we have better solutions all worked out and available, all because people don't care enough to change it or consider our government structure to be as sacred as God. From what I've seen, the main problem is that FPTP benefits whatever government is currently in power, and they are the ones who would have to change the system...which goes against their selfish interest, and is therefore unlikely to happen. In Canada it happens all the time...smaller parties talk about electoral reform all the time, and then as soon as they become government or official opposition, they drop that part of their platform.

You're both either the greatest actors of the world, or you really do have a ball during this work. I first saw you when you did the Hyundai commercial a few years ago. This version of Uptown Funk is by far my fave. In fact, I've enjoyed ya'll's version of every cover more than the original. (And your original pieces practically make me swoon. Jack, that keyboard riff in "Come Out To Play" makes my heart soar and gives me goosebumps EVERYtime I hear it). (too much? too many parentheses? LOL). Your art makes me laugh and dance and generally brings joy to my heart. PomplaJack and PomplaNataly are at the top of the list of my favorite humans on this planet. Come Out To Play

We went to Prairie Sun Recording Studios to film this video. You know...just for something different. (If you've seen some of Nataly's videos you might recognize the space.) There's only one more song on our album that still needs a video, which is kind of amazing. But the NEXT video we make will be for our yet-to-be-released cover of "Like A Prayer" and may or may not be starring a quadcopter drone :D Thank you all so much for making this possible! jerryb967 What a warm feeling it is to be here... to be a part of our little group, our community. To have this place to come to... to be able to step away from everything else in the world for just a few minutes a day and share our thoughts, our hopes and dreams... our fears and doubts and fantasies with each other is something so wonderful... something so special. We are thousands of miles apart, from different countries and different cultures, and yet we are so close... and no matter what, always together here. What can we do next... next week, next month, next year? We can do anything... We can learn from each other and teach each other. We can build ideas together. We can reach out and care and show compassion. We can follow Nixie's example and spread kindness and hope... love and knowledge everywhere. Changing the world starts with building a community... and communities are built on hope and trust and cooperation... by working together for the common good and by helping everyone find love, respect and a sense of connection... by building dreams together.
