The goal of Paychecks & Balances is to help millennials and beyond make money, save money and get out of debt. We take a funformative approach to our conversations about personal finance and professional development.

Rich is the Paychecks of the show with 10 years of HR & Recruiting experience. Having gotten out of over $30,000 of debt by age 30 and authored a book on the experience, Marcus is the Balances.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, nor do we talk down to you or bore you to death with dry dialogue. We understand the urge to ball out or walk out. We know how overwhelming it can be to navigate your career and/or finances, which is why we're here.

Running Paychecks & Balances costs us over $600 per month. We have a Virtual Assistant, Producer, hosting service and a bunch of tools we use to provide a free weekly show. The money we receive will cover operating expenses so we can continue to focus on providing great content.

We should note that said funds will not be used for personal delight. This page is set up strictly to cover expenses and grow the show. Thanks for your support!
