My name is Antonio Mcdonald The founder of the peace and Love Lifestyle. We created the lifestyle due to the rising impact of depression rates across the United States. We teach the antidepressant effects of natural remedies to battle depression and anxiety. Our foundation is teaching through mindfulness yoga and teaching a six step lifestyle change.
