Creating Software

About People's Feelings

Software can be a creative medium, and it can be a powerful one. By introducing tools into the world, you can facilitate change. In this way, creative software can be a form of activism.

People's Feelings is a developer pseudonym used for creative software work. The idea is that some tools lend themselves to harmful use, but some tools provide benefit without really lending themselves to harmful use. I want to focus on and raise awareness of the pursuit of applying one's software creativity to the goal of introducing catalysts for good. Such tools may bolster positive activities, enhance wellness, or aid clarity, understanding and insight.

The world has work to do. There is a lot of room for improvement, and we face unprecedented hazards. The software products that happen to exist are shaping what is going on. Developers have an important role to play.

If you have a lot of money and want to give me some, that allows and encourages me to apply myself more to this ethos. I have lists of ideas. Patrons are welcome to make suggestions or requests.

This pursuit is something that I am passionate about, and have been self-financing and allocating significant time toward. Any support is greatly appreciated.
