Hi there!

I'm Pedro, a software engineer born and raised in Spain, but I'm currently living in Berlin (I miss tapas and the sun so much). I've been doing software development for more than 7 years, and worked for companies such as SoundCloud, Redbooth, and currently, Shopify.
I invest the majority of my free time in sharing the work that I do, whether it's blog posts on my personal website,  talks at conferences, or open source software on my GitHub.

I share my work because I think there's a lot of value in it. People can learn, and I can learn from them. Together, we can solve problems that companies or developers might have solved in private, and open source our solutions so that developers can benefit from them. I believe in a world where knowledge flows freely between people, and that drives most of the work that I do.

As I said, that's work that I do in my free time. I like doing it, but it's time and energy consuming. The idea behind opening this Patreon profile is that first, more people will know about the work that I do and second, if they like it and want to support it, they can do it easily.

Thanks for reading me 😊

Regardless of your decision of supporting me on Patreon, I'll continue sharing my work because I believe in the value of doing it.
