This gun was far and away the biggest gun when it was made. The exact barrel weight is 103.64 tons, and the carriage it sits on is another 46.82. It is definitely the biggest ever muzzle-loader.

Berserkers! The facts and the fictions

I was in two minds about the editing on this one.  I seriously considered uploading two versions - one with and one without the cut-ins of the comedy berserker.

I was very happy with the end-plate gag, though.

Oskar Markebo Well you've made the child within me very sad, though you should look up a game called Total War: Atilla, in which celts have massive units of bare chested "berserkers" and also the entire game series Total War, as it has loads and loads of games to talk about. I also quite enjoyed your video about cavalry, I hope there's more to come in the future.

Swing Circus - two weeks in Edinburgh

This should explain why July was such a cheap month for my patrons.  I ran away to the circus.  When in Sweden, I was asked to be in a show in Edinburgh, and when these things happen, one should say 'yes', I feel.   Yes, it is a bit vloggy, but I did shoot material in Edinburgh for a fair few non-vloggy videos.
