What a #wonderphilworld

My name is Phil and I love music. I know it's cliche to say, but in all honesty, I actually love music. The best way for me to describe it is like a relationship. You see, there are people who simply "like" music, meaning they like the idea of it, and will go after it for a time, but won't actually take it seriously. Love, however, is more than a feeling, it's a commitment. Something you sort of "give your all" to. It feels as though the one person in this world that knows me most, besides my wife, happens to be music. And when I give my all to it, not only does it brings out the best of me, but I also experience the best of it. So this is why I love music. And yes, I am very aware of how weird this may sound.

There are a few different routes to go with music - creating, performing, producing, etc. But for me, creating music is the most fulfilling. 

Though I love to write music in many styles and genres, I will be focusing my time and effort on original songs - singer/songwriter type, but making it my own. For Patreon, I'm committing myself to 2 videos per month at least, either a cover song or an original. And I'll publish those videos on YouTube. 

Basically, as a patron, you can pledge any amount that feels right to you per month. Because I write ALL the time and post frequently on SoundCloud and YouTube, I've chosen to set it so you can support 1 time per month. My work will consist of music videos, instrumental music, piano albums, cover songs, originals, and other various works. It is completely up to you how much you'd like to support....could be $1, could be $100. And what's better is that you don't have to if you are unable to. You're still a supporter to me :) and I'm still going to be creating regardless. It's what I love to do, and I believe I it's what I was made to do, no matter the cost.

As of now, I have 2 jobs that are consuming most of my time. That and being married to my lovely wife, Tay. I'm planning on having a team of people to work with in order to make more music and videos effectively and on time. Your money will not only contribute to my art, but also to their art. With your support, I will have more time focusing on what I love to do most, which is to create music. Nothing means more to me than being able to do what I love and to make a generous income doing it, and especially down the road being able to be a father who works from home being with his family. I can assure you that each $1 you choose to place in my hands will not go towards waste but for your benefit and also the betterment of this world. 

I'm sure I'm not the only one who knows this. Music is powerful, and the world wouldn't be much without it. Music has a way of bringing peace, of acting as the mediator between two sides, of bringing people together, and so much more! I will do everything I can as a musician and artist to keep it going for the sake of the world, the people, and also for the sake of the art. Music is healing. Music is alive. Music is transforming. Music keeps us in tune with the movement of heaven. And this is why the world looks much different, much "better" than how it was centuries ago. Music keeps us all moving forward and not looking back. This is why we need it.
