Since June 5, 2008, I have written for and supported my video game blog, SuperPhillip Central. Since founding SuperPhillip Central, I have written over 3,500 unique blog posts, 830 unique reviews, and hundreds of articles and editorials. My site is about 200,000 unique views away from 3 million total, which is very exciting. I help support independent video game developers by covering their games with reviews, as well as through interviews, along with more mainstream gaming coverage, as time allows.

In addition to my longtime activity at SuperPhillip Central, I now have a freelance writing gig at TouchArcade, where I write daily Switch roundups of the day's news, new releases, and eShop sales. This is a fantastic opportunity that I was given, and I am excited to where it takes me next.

Why do I need Patreon?

My mental illness affects me in many ways, such as crushing depression, mood swings, interpersonal relationship problems, and occasional suicidal thoughts. I'm wanting to use the Patreon money to be able to see an excellent professional therapist that I could afford with your help. Now, that I've sort of laid it on thick there, I do not intend for this to be a plea or a way to guilt you into supporting me. Merely, if you like my writing, I would love your support both by the occasional compliment and/or any financial support you can provide (even $1 a month is a help).
