About

I am a small fat artist living in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. I work in many mediums with a textile business called Georgian Bay Fibre Co where I hand dye yarn. As well, I work as a free-lance graphic designer working primarily for small businesses.

I am a mother of two small children with a focus on land based learning and creating. I have strong opinions about slow fashion, body accessibility, textile industry, sustainability, northern ontario and art.

Here I will share my opinions, pieces, tutorials and things I've learned after nearly 10 years in the indie yarn industry.

Typical social media platforms don’t offer an opportunity to create and share creative works without providing support by selling a physical product. I've launched this Patreon platform as a way to share in a more sustainable way. This is a pay what you can model, offering all content to be available at all support levels. If you appreciate the work I offer here and are able to provide fiscal support, I greatly appreciate it. However, I greatly value and engage with all of my patrons, regardless of the level of their financial support.
