Conflict changes the way we see each other, how we communicate with each other, and how we organize around each other. It is a powerful rallying point for transformation. Join our hosts, Jeremy and Gerry, Whole-System Designers and Transformation Catalysts as they dialogue with their guests about facing and addressing social issues that divide us. The purpose of this podcast is not to resolve conflict, but to work with others in transforming conflict into tools for changing our views, relationships, and sociopolitical structures.

Plowline is designed to be our broadcasting & publishing endeavor. With the Plowline Podcast - we hope to impact a broad audience with a message of positive change through storytelling of individual experiences on how race + color + diversity + ethnicity + indignity + belonging impact and influence their daily lives.

We need a full-time editor to get us there and that individual is our own Jeremy Tunnell. Jeremy currently works full time and edits the podcast right after every recording. With his time freed up, Jeremy hopes to further expand on the quality of the podcast, the style of the storytelling and launch our publishing arm with the publication of Gerry's first book - The Evolution of Alo Ha.

We need 1000 patrons to get us there with a break down in the following tiers - 25 folks to join in building this together on the Tier 3 level - 100 folks to support us in the Tier 2 level and 875 folks at the Tier 1 level.

Join us and help us cultivate real change!
