10 minute anti inflammatory Veggie Soup
One small bunch of broccoli chopped about 2 cups

one small bunch of cauliflower about 2 cups

5 carrots chopped

one small onion

4 cloves garlic

Put all of that into your blender or vita mix

 then add it all into a pot 

add 1 tablespoon maple syrup 

6 sliced shitake mushrooms

 4 tablespoons Braggs liquid amino's 

a teaspoon of Celtic sea salt

1 teaspoon pepper 

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 

5 teaspoons of turmeric 

and a small can of chickpeas

bring to a simmer - do not overcook so the veggies are still pretty raw and eat !
