15 minute meal Brussel Sprout Stirfry - Vegan gluten free
8 Brussels sprouts cut in half

2 small slices of ginger

2 tablespoons coconut oil

4 pieces of rinsed sundried tomatoes

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

3 very small chopped pieces of apple

3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

3 tablespoons walnuts

sprinkle of cayenne

1/4 teaspoon sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt

12-14 dried cranberries

sprinkle black fresh ground pepper

serve with Quinoa

While you are stir frying the brussel sprouts and ginger in abut 1/4 cup water, in another pot start cooking some quinoa as per package directions. Then go back to your Brussels and get the rest of the ingredients together and start adding.... on high heat stir frying for about 2 more minutes till the Brussels are tender crisp. Serve with Quinoa.
