Once In A Blue Moon?

Can you remember celestial events like these? The old saying "once in a blue moon" may be losing its meaning that something happens rarely.

Wednesday, January 31, 2018, will see the rise of a second full moon this month–a Blue Moon. Not only that, but it will also be a super moon because of its size. AND it will be a "Blood Moon," referring to its reddish color. You see, that's because it will also be associated with a lunar eclipse!

So it will be a Super Blue Blood Moon.

But wait! The next full moon will be March 1 AND the next one will be March 31. That means that March will also host a Blue Moon, and that February will not have a full moon at all!

I can't think of a time in my life when that has happened. Can you?
