45 Minute Yoga Sequence (Audio Only)
 
If you're a student of mine, this will be very familiar to you. Listen to my soothing voice (ha, ha) as I talk you through a sequence similar to what I teach in my 6 & 7 AM Yoga classes.

Warm ups

Surya Namaskar A & B

Trikonasanas

and some back-bending, inverting, forward folding, and twisting.

Oh, and savasing...I  know it's not a word. 

You get a 5 minute savasana at the end.
