Team Monster and Sea Pre-Interview with Troy and Lily Nebeker (2:48)
We caught up with the Nebekers in a busy Tacoma restaurant the night before Troy planned to prone paddle 70 miles in 48 hours (that's with his hands). Seriously!

Troy's wife, Angela, pictured above right, was treated twice for cancer. In this interview, Troy talks about how that has impacted him and drives him to take on these big challenges. We also get the unique perspective of Lily, Troy's 15 year old daughter, and what it means to her to be there to support her dad in this journey.

If prone boarding is a new concept to you, I'll attempt to explain it here. You know how surfers lay on their boards and paddle out to catch waves? That's prone boarding more or less except in prone boarding you'll never stand up to catch a wave. What drives Troy to do this?

Go Because You Can. Listen for the full story and if this doesn't inspire you, you maybe are uninspirable and you should consider getting that checked.
