The 21 Day Fix
So, I've been doing keto / atkins / low carb for the past few months, and I have lost around 20 lbs, but I've hit a plateau and honestly.. I'M SICK OF MEAT!!!  Also, my wife isn't really doing that plan and it's hard to shop and eat when we're on different food plans.


SO!


We both decided to try the 21 Day fix.  It's 30 min a day exercise thingy + they give you colorized portion containers to help learn what portions of what you should be eating each day.


We'll be starting this new journey on Monday!  I'll try to post back and let you know how it's going, and try to update the info on this site as well!
