I've been working on a script for a satire about how the general public reacts to news of someone going on a rampage and killing a bunch of people. Basically, it boils down to a bunch of social and political groups, vying to demonize or damage control based on the group/s to which they think the killer belonged. Circumstances in the video make the killer's demographics and motives completely unknowable, so basically, all of these social/political groups are stumbling over themselves, sort of unsuccessfully setting the stage for the blame game so that they can capitalize on the tragedy. I'm sort of on the fence about whether or not to do this one. I think it's fairly funny (I loled a couple times while writing it) and it makes a good point, but it's a bit of a departure from my usual theological focus (though there is still some religious/atheist aspects in there). Your thoughts?
