Warsaw, VA — The Richmond County Public Library, located on the Rappahannock Community College campus in Warsaw, will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt for area children and their families on April 13, 2019 at 11:00am. No advance registration is required and all events that day are free and open to the public.
After the hunt, the library will offer crafts and a free hot dog lunch, followed by a magic show with magician, Jonathan Austin, at 12:00 noon.
“We estimate attendance at approximately 300 children,” according to RCC/Richmond County librarian Dan Ream, “and hope that this event will help families discover the public library at RCC.
Egg hunts are offered to different age groups. Families are asked to gather at the RCC Student Lounge in the main academic building before 11:00am. In the event of bad weather, the egg hunt may be cancelled and goody bags provided instead. The crafts, free lunch and Jonathan Austin magic show will go on as scheduled, rain or shine.
