Im here to give you good news. A new big tutorial series will start in 2 days and will be about how to make a water shader on unity with shader forge :D
The shader will have:
‣ Color properties, such as different colors and the capability to blend between them based on the depth.

‣ Surface options such as Specular, opacities, refraction, normals...
‣ All type of lights support.
‣ Foams and its controls.
‣ Waves with vertex offset.

Each part wil have the necesary resources to do that part on its post attachments. And each part will have a Patrons only post with the final assets of each part :)
Ive leaved on the attachments of this post the first resources you will need to start with the tutorial. It contains the scene set up.
The tutorial will be in Unity 2018.2.0f2 (The shader will work on other version, the main reason of using this version is shader forge)
