This chart shows how Myers-Briggs types relate in terms of sharing a dominant function. For example, ENTJ and ESTJ (collectively represented as ExTJ or even as ETJ) share Te as their dominant function.

I made these charts to assist in my own study of cognitive functions. I figured these may help others who are struggling to connect the dots.

The Eight Cognitive Functions:

Ne: Extroverted INtuiting          

Ni: Introverted INtuiting

Se: Extroverted Sensing          

Si: Introverted Sensing

Fe: Extroverted Feeling
