I'm donating all of this month's patreon earnings to a member of the community in need of our help.

As some of you may know, I and a few of the other moderators and members attended Rocky Mountain Audio Fest in Denver, CO this year. We had a great time, met up with quite a few people - from our community as well as the audiophile community. We helped set up the hifiguides.com room, and in the process we met Alex, aka "Garbongo". I've interacted with him many times online, he's always been an extremely nice, helpful, and insightful guy.

Unfortunately, a few weeks after RMAF he sustained a serious head injury, and is now in a medically induced coma. I don't know the details of his situation, but it's not important.

I will be forwarding all of my Patreon funds from the month of September - it's the least I can do. If you subscribe to me on Patreon before October 5th, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Alex's gofundme. You'll get all of my Patreon tier benefits - including access to the donator chatroom on discord, the upcoming Anniversary 2.0 guide that's in progress, and more. (I don't have the donator stickers yet, so those I won't be able to fulfill at the moment) You can even cancel your Patreon immediately after if you want.

If you'd rather donate directly, you can do so HERE.

We have an extremely large community here at serverbuilds.net, with almost 6,000 members in the discord alone. I don't do things like this often, but for us this is striking awfully close to home. If half of us donated $2each , we could easily exceed the fund raising goal.

I appreciate each and every one of you for making our community what it is. We've come a long way in two years, and I think that our respect, consideration, and compassion for our fellow community members forms the foundation of what we are today.

My deepest thanks for taking the time to read, share, and donate to a very good cause.

Logan
