Summary
This video continues demonstrating examples of 3-7 minute lessons. In the Human Body, Day 1 video #99 Augusta modeled how to use the 3-D pop out skeletons-- one for primary grades and one for upper grades- to get students excited about the human body unit.

Here she demonstrates how the skeletons can serve as central resources to teach the big picture concepts-

introducing more information facts about the human body. She gives examples of the interesting facts that could be taught to students just by reading the information printed on the skeleton casing during the 3-7 minute lessons.

She reminds us that these short overview explanations and introductions are the kind of sessions that we would have with our children at home if we had an interesting resource such as these pop out books.

As she shows a poster outlining the three major science types , she tells teachers and parents to  make sure students understand the larger knowledge concepts like eleven body systems and how the study of the human body is classified as Life Science and the other two science general classifications are  Earth Science and Physical Science.

Augusta explains that the next video will begin the study of a specific vocabulary list.
