Copa Del Rey saw another meeting with Barca winning a tight contest 4-3 aggregate over two legs, beating Real at the Bernabeu 2-1 and drawing 2-2 at home.
Beat Barca to the Spanish Super Cup on away goals, winning 2-1 at home after an away loss of 3-2.
In the league, Mourinho finally had a better head to head record than Barca, winning 2-1 away and drawing 2-2 at home but it wasn't enough to stop Barca from winning La Liga.
