Connection to Stability and Source.

30 minute practice with five minute meditations at the beginning and end to inspire reconnecting to our groundedness and stability while aligning with source light and guidance.  Between the meditations is a 20 minute flow of sun salutations, lunges, standing poses, backbends and hip openers.  29 minutes.
