Monday night, we did a stream talking about RPG budgets. It was really fun. I threw together a comprehensive spreadsheet you can use to budget your own games, and you can make a copy for personal use. But, it went really well I think, so I wanted to put it on Youtube so it'll be available in perpetuity.
