Welcome to the Guides Section! Here, you can access all the necessary information for Lawful Dissent to uphold the Constitution and make your voice heard. This is an excellent way to build your defence, hold others accountable, and work in your local area to inform police and courts. Before you begin, there are a few essential things to keep in mind:

Always keep a good copy of the Oath for photocopies; securely file it with a recorded delivery receipt, and ensure you have a copy for Notices in steps 1 and 5.

- Make sure to photocopy all Notices and store them safely.

Your witnesses must be over 21 years old, unrelated to you, and have no criminal convictions involving a victim.

An affidavit of truth is a powerful tool to add to your processes if you need. We do have examples available in the my case files and letters section, topics area of Patreon.


Step 1a: Declare your lawful standing and keep the proof.

Removing the presumption of your consent is accomplished by swearing your allegiance to the Committee of the Barons (which is to the Common Law Constitution and not the Barons themselves). Taking an oath shows your commitment to upholding the law and not supporting treason. It's important because it demonstrates your intent to follow the law and avoid criminal activity. Oaths are legal instruments that are crucial to our Constitution. For more information, check out the attachments section.

If you have evidence of treason, it is your duty under common law to report it, for example, to the local police chief inspector, the courts, or any crown agent, such as an M.P. Once you have fulfilled this obligation, you are law-abiding. Most people send this process to the local magistrate's court manager and constabulary. That is our initiative. You do this and start to build your defence and hold others accountable under treason laws! Both versions of the first template are available through the link above. Others have also used it for schools and hospitals; you can use your imagination. Demand to know if they have any objection to your standing and hold the evidence; it is all recorded in law when you send it recorded delivery. 

If you require subsequent notices to serve after this lawful objection, please follow the guide from Step 3 onwards. Step Two begins a different process that we use to refute demands, fines, and levies. However, step three applies to both operations after the first notice.

While you are putting the individual on notice that Article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 is still in effect today, and they must provide evidence in substance (meaning evidence written down in document form) that it is no longer in effect, the crown (courts, police, tax offices, councils, etc.) have no authority to make demands against you, so they obviously cannot provide evidence to the contrary.




Step 3: Serve a 'Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure.''' -www.patreon.com/posts/41649817

Suppose somebody ignored the first objection/conditional acceptance notice or your question(s). We do this to maintain honour, which is a crucial element of the process (you can serve a second Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure if you prefer -optional) before performing the third notice:

You are claiming that they are now in default and dishonour and that they have acknowledged, either by implicit assent (ignoring you) or through a lack of substance (offering no documented evidence of their power to make claims on you), that they have no legal/lawful claim against you. Now if they have ignored you completely you may stop at this point, although some choose to carry on so as to give the full documentation to the recipient, you never know they may use the tools later on themselves, it can be helpful you give a full picture to inform anyone see what you think! If they are still badgering you, you will need to do the next step anyway. 

 
Step 5: Serve a Notice of Treason on a persistent agent (holding them personally accountable for their activities under penalty of perjury). https://www.patreon.com/posts/72057708

By evidencing acts of treason that have been and are being committed today, the agent would have to decide whether then or not to commit high treason to pursue you further. Suppose they are in the know, such as so-called judges and upper echelons of the police force. In that case, you will very unlikely hear from them again, and the summons or other demand for payment will invariably not be pursued.

Step for bailiffs or collections agencies, there is a Notice of Removal of Implied Right of Access form which doubles up as a window notice,  that you may fill out and post on your door or window and mail a copy to the agency during the course of your correspondence with them www.patreon.com/posts/41966797

If you need you may complete an affidavit of truth, affidavit are powerful instruments, we do have examples throughout the site, in the my templates and letters section within the case files, there is one for water, and one for council tax, if you need to look at our examples if you can to get an idea of how it plays out, they are froma few years ago, but that was when we did them and there was no need to do it again!

Finally (if required, which will likely bring another process being started against the police if they refuse to act). Report any harassment, coercion, or extortion attempt to the police. Demand that an investigation be launched and remind them of their oath of duty. To make it stick or record it discreetly, you'll need three witnesses to accompany you to the police station. The police, according to their warrant card and Oath, MUST investigate ALL allegations of crime. They have a 'duty of care' to do so. Be assertive with them but not aggressive.
