Hey everyone, it's time for a new update on the news surrounding the comic!
This month my planning was less tight, and that allowed me to take the time I needed on the pages, and releasing them without delays, which is everything we can hope for.
Also, I progressed a bit on the trailer, and am thinking to use the individual shots of it to make relaxing music videos, for the comic to be a little more known, and because it also interests me.
Still on the topic of gaining more readers, I released the comic on Tapas. It has an extra-small, but growing readership. And it's been confirmed that posting the comic elsewhere has meaning, as it has a small, loyal following of nice people on Webtoons, one of which even became a Patron this month!
Apart from revamping the Monolith a bit (and is it nice), the new donations mean much, as the first milestone is essentially reached : the website costs are now covered, and I won't have to fear the month of March digging holes in my bank account anymore, and focus on what matters! :)
Thank you very much for that.
On another subject, it has been reported that the navigation buttons were too small to really be visible, so I scaled them by 150% and remastered the visuals.
Worked really hard to get the random guest avatars back, too, but to no avail ^^
Right now the comic features the Little Warrior getting beaten down pretty hard by the monumental Iron Brow, but not to worry! The fight is nearing its end. How will it end, though?^^
That is something that you'll get to see after the summer hiatus :) I'm still a bit unclear on the dates, but what's certain is, you won't get pages on the 17th, 24th, 31st of July, and -maybe- none either at the start of August.
Instead, I'll schedule some illustrations to be released each Satursday, so you can still come and enjoy content!
This month's hangout date will be announced shortly.
Lastly, I've applied for an anthology, with an original 4-pages TLW comic. I'll certainly drop it on Patreon once it's done :)
I hope that, with the month of June, good weather has come to you and that you can enjoy it!
Until next time, may the Golems sustain the web of loved ones that you have weaved around you.
