Player Characters often do things their DM doesn't expect them to do at that moment. These times call for some improvisation.
Such was the case during my Sunday game last night, when the group decided they would tangle with a dragon ASAP (which they had barely escaped from previously and it turns out had burned down half a village). The dragon lives in disorienting swamp that is constantly filled with dense fog.
The shopkeeper they were talking with, when he realized they were serious about killing the dragon, offered to help with something useful he had on a shelf in the back.
*Cue the DM making up a brand new magic item...as he's describing it.*
The result is this pair of linked magical stones. Useful for when the players split the party, or when they leave one stone with their horses in the village so they can find their way back out of the Swamp of Mists.

Prepared Adventurer
Prepared Adventurers are often new to D&D life and are out exploring the world at large (and their character options). This is a great level to be at, as you have your whole life as a player and DM ahead of you. Prepared Adventurers get:

Custom Item: At your request 1/month, have a custom normal or magical item description created.
Feedback on Your Homebrew: At your request 1/month, send me a homebrew item, spell, monster, or NPC you are making, and I'll respond with my thoughts/suggestions.
Legendary Adventurer
Legendary Adventurers are people that know what they like and want more of it. They know the difference between "rogue" and "rouge", and they have battled their way to the foot of the angry momma dragon (and want to have the custom tools for the job). Legendary Adventurers get:
Everything that Prepared, and Seasoned Adventurers get.
Custom Spell, Monster, or NPC: At your request 1/month, have a custom spell created, or a monster or NPC described and given game stats.

Your Name in Print: I'm creating a physical (and digital) sourcebook with my content. Your name will be included when it is published in 2024.
Ludicrous Level Adventurer
Ludicrous Level Adventurers are people that are very big fans of my D&D custom content or very big fans of plaid. Each Ludicrous Level Adventurer gets:
