When you need to rest – rest!
When you tune into the wisdom of your vessel, your body will let you know everything that it needs.
It is only when we ignore, push against, or are oblivious to its requests, that a feeling of less than well-being afflicts us.
So if you’re hungry - eat something. If you’re thirsty – get something to drink! Lol, and if you’re exhausted – cancel your broadcast and go to bed!!
