Apples are back..
 
... and so am I!


Update: these apples come very early in the season compared to other species. They are called "nouvelle Europe" and have a dark red color when they're good (here most of them cannot really be eaten, but I found a few ones on the floor). Their skin is often thick and not very pleasant to chew, so it needs to be peeled, and if you do that you lose a large part of the vitamins. You can of course cook them and you'll obtain a very good applesauce, but another interesting option is to.... you'll see tomorrow!
