The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) is accepting applications for a final iteration of NEA-funded "Collateral Reparations: Artist Residencies for Military Veterans" program. This residency is for writers, visual artists, composers, and others who are military veterans.

Each residency lasts from three to five weeks. Window for scheduling residencies is between Feb. 1 and May 31, 2019. The fellowship includes:
- $1,000 honorarium
- Private bedroom
- Separate studio space
- All meals provided
- Interactions with more than 20 fellow artists, who are each working their respective disciplines while in residence
As part of the residency, each Collateral Reparations Fellow will present work at a community venue chosen by VCCA.
