Asian Stir Fry
 
1 head broccoli chopped

8 carrots sliced thin


3 stalks celery sliced thin


1 onion chopped thickly


3 asparagus sticks or any other misc veggie chopped


3 orange or red peppers sliced


sprinkle of cayenne pepper 


sprinkle of celtic sea salt


1 teaspoon maple syrup


sprinkle of black ground pepper


1 teaspoon earth balance or coconut oil


1 tablespoon organic corns start in 1/4 cup water stir into the cold water and set aside till veggies start to cook



Start sauteing 1/4 cup water and add chunks of onions on high heat, then add the carrots, celery broccoli and other veggies last, then stir fry another 5 minutes then serve.
