Recently, I was in need of a new frying pan and was curious about the "Copper Chef" pans. While wandering though an Office Depot, of all places, I spotted one on clearance for under $10 and figured it was worth a shot.
This pan is AMAZING! I use it everyday and absolutely love it!
It can be used on gas or electric stove-tops, in the oven, or on an induction cooktop. No cooking spray is needed (in fact it's recommended that you avoid using oil or cooking spray). And NOTHING sticks!
So far, I've used it to bake brownies and casseroles, cook fried chicken, and scramble and fry eggs. I also cooked bacon in it and it didn't splatter.
Food cooks evenly and clean up is a breeze. It wipes easily with a damp sponge. I have used this pan every day for months and it still looks like I just bought it.
If you're looking for a great multi-use pan, definitely consider a Copper Chef pan.
I have the 9.5" square pan. Here's a link to various sizes and shapes: http://amzn.to/2vSwAIN
I'd love to hear your experience with this type of cookware. Hopefully it holds up well over time.
