Banana Protein Pancakes
 3 ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup each chocolate protein powder and whole wheat flour, 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. 

Mix all together and drop about 1/8 cup in a medium pan with a bit of olive oil.  Watch the pancakes carefully so they don't burn - flip after a couple of minutes.  

I store them in the fridge and reheat in the morning and top with greek yogurt and berries or peanut butter and berries.
