Hello everyone,

Before making more posts I wanted to address a few points, especially with everything that has been going on the past two weeks. I don't want to draw this out into a long winded post but I do want respond to several things as a whole and just give everyone simple clear points of what's happening moving forward. 

I understand lots of people are very frustrated and I am frustrated too. I'm not frustrated at any of you, I'm not frustrated that some of you are very angry, or want your money back, or even the comments or posts being made. I'm frustrated and disappointed with how 2020 played out and how that's affected everything else moving down the line. I put too much trust in one resource (placing all my orders through one factory) and clearly got burned, but that's on me to deal with and to do what I can to rectify it for you all. It's been a very big learning curve but my only focus is to fix it, so here is what's being worked on right now:

• There have been many PayPal claims opened on some of the more recent designs, so financially I have to attend to these first as I cannot use the account if I don't keep a positive balance. As the claims close I will be updating the Orders so everyone has their confirmations on both ends.
• Due to this I need a couple weeks as they all wrap up before I can move on to the next step:
• I have received many emails as well to cancel/refund past Orders to which I will be attending to promptly after the PayPal claims. Once again I need to be financially able to cover that so I need to clear those balances in order to move on to the next. The goal is to begin these in order in the beginning of July.
• The cancellation/refunds will go as follows; Requests are being put on a list and will be fulfilled by sequential order of release. Everyone that has asked for requests is being added to a spread sheet that outlines the releases down the line, so for each one I can look up the Order/customer and then create a PayPal refund since neither the e-commerce platform nor PayPal will automatically refund due to time. From the options thought of, this is the most fair for everyone across the board since everyone has waited the same amount of time per release. I wish I could submit refunds for all requests all at once but unfortunately I am not physically (financially) able to do that in one swoop. 
• A very small amount of refunds have already been made due to the requests regarding a combination of pins already in hand. Which means those orders were on the top of the list based on original drop release. 

Those are the more urgent steps I wanted to address before moving on the to production part of what is happening next.

• Moving on to the designs themselves, for the people not wanting to cancel, I have kept working on factory shopping between browsing through all the factories online, receiving samples, and taking suggestions from other pin making friends, basing the factories work against the designs I want done.
• Last month I submitted more designs to continue working on reproducing the older designs I was told were being worked on (last year from my other factory). in order to make sure these designs come to light. You will see updates posted next and I have already started receiving mold pictures for production. I am feeling more confident these will pan out smoothly and once there are good color samples, multiple additional designs will begin to continue so all pending designs are caught up with promptly.
• Currently the Patreon Club is on pause for the next couple months at least, while these continue production, so all focus is on their production and updates. 
• Leftovers will not be dropped. 
• There will not be any additional Pre-Order drops.
• Once everything is caught up, only in hand designs will be featured in the Club. I will be limiting the amount of spots and even if it is just one design that can be in hand a month, it will not be a Pre-Order and anyone in the Club will have a guaranteed spot to purchase.
