Beginning Yoga, Class 2 of 6
The second in a 6-week series of classes for beginning students. This class emphasizes backward-bending poses that lengthen the front of the body and strengthen the back. We added some attention to inhale when breathing, and ended with a long-exhale practice and simple, relaxing meditation.
