Oh. I'm getting ahead of myself. The recipe would help.
- 4 fresh peaches
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. Mix sugar and spices together
2. Cut peaches in half and remove the pits, then put the fruit cut-side up on a rimmed baking sheet
3. Broil for 4-5 minutes, or until the topping is sizzling and brown.
4. Top with vanilla ice cream and dig in!
