Brutal 10 Minute Cardio Abs HIIT
 
You know what?  I'm just going to apologize in advance for this one, before you even try it.  :)

This is one of the toughest workouts I've made, and definitely one of the hardest TEN MINUTE workouts ever.  I totally had to talk myself into pressing play (which, in my case, of course, was the record button), but afterward I was really glad I did!  And I'm pretty sure you will be, too.
