Just dropping a very quick note that I have selected Jira Service Desk as my help, FAQ, troubleshooting, and bug reporting platform for my software going forward. This will give me a very powerful way to track and manage bug reports in a central location. This will make it easier for both me, and you, to report and resolve problems.
There is a lot for me to set up, I'm currently configuring it. I'll have more on this very soon.
