Cauliflower Buffalo non wings vegan_gluten free
1 small cauliflower cut into bite sized chunks

1/4 -1/2 ounce franks hot sauce ( says 1 oz on video but that was really hot !!)

2 ounces veganaise

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt

sprinkle of fresh ground pepper

as cauliflower is sauteing on high heat in a bit of water, mix together the hot sauce and veganaise, add to the cauliflower and then add the nutritional yeast, stir and serve. 

If you wanted to make them crunchy and crispy sprinkle corn flake crumbs over them and lay on a cookie sheet in the oven for 15 mins !!
